A very quick and efficient service, especially regarding checking as to whether an item is in stock.
One of my requests was the other was found to be no longer available but that didnt stop MyTub checking to see if it was available from other competitor suppliers. Thats what is called service!

The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. Was sent an email saying it would be 14 days delivery, it arrived the next day so that was good, but clearly don't really know what's going on. Delivery costs quite pricey for something that costs less than a £1 to post.
