I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. When I placed my order there was an initial blip with regard to delay in the delivery date However, this was very quickly resolved. The interest for the customers needs was noteworthy and reassuring.
Two members of the staff need special mention--- Deborah and Christine whose dedication to my requirements was exceptional. THEY ARE BOTH A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY and need recognition.

I am a bit disappointed if I am honest, If the delivery date was shown to me before I paid, it wasnt obvious enough because I didnt see it. Had I realised it would take 5 or 6 days i.e. you probably didnt have it in stock I would have gone else where.
Added to that, when the delivery driver arrived he didnt waste any time trying to find anyone, there were at least 4 people here at the time, so he didnt leave it in the porch I dont remember seeing a delivery instruction box on the order page either Consequently I had to drive to Hexham to collect it, but the item was still on the van from the day before , so I had to wait until after 3:30pm to get it.
