Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Order arrived very quickly once I had managed to place order. Found website very annoying to use for a first order and nearly gave up.
Cannot see why a single order for a small item cannot be ordered over the phone with a credit or debit card especially using something like PayPal.
