Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. 22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order.
