Was rather disturbed initially that the order would be delayed some two weeks or so. It was not an issue for me at the time as I keep spares of this rather unreliable and fragile item. However, if I did have a faulty part, I would have had much inconvenience.
Service itself was great. i was always kept in the loop about the order from MyTub who eventually delivered.

Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. Your service was very good and friendly, my only problem was finding you in the first place! The Johnson Controls network was almost impossible to work through as I did not know the part numbers of the replacement parts for my old Penn range items.
Also the name "Mytub" did not at first register in my mind as a supplier of JC parts.
However, having found you I shall be pleased to use your company for my future needs!

good service, good price - the only problem being with the firm ( Wolsley? ) that delivered it; I stayed in all day awaiting delivery - only to find ( via Mytub) that they had broken it in loading and hadn't bothered to tell me or you; Mytub good; Wolsley bad.
