OMG the service received from mytub has been amazing. Having ordered the incorrect item Laurie was so helpful in chasing the supplier, copying me in on the regular chaser emails. Item was packed in a box 40 times the size with no packing value and motor had come out of its box and was bouncing around lucky no damages
