I have received great service from several people of this compnay, all patient clear and very very helpful, as I am a women have no knowledge in unvented cylinders things were explained to me clearly without being annoyd by the number of times I had to call or email, and for that reason I purchased my cylinder from them because I know I can get a good service

The people I have dealt with and the actual products are fine but the overall service I have received is the most chaotic of any internet order I have ever made!
To cut a long story short, a large number of e mails led to my order being delivered on 3rd September - or so I thought!
2 of the 3 items were actually delivered with no mention of the third.
After more e mails, delivery was arranged for pm today 7th September. Just to add insult to injury, The missing item was delivered at 11:20am and it was only by chance I arrived as the van was about to leave.
To sum up, my straightforward order took a stack of e mails, a lot of time arranging various people to wait in to receive it and eventually a bit of luck to complete it!

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. The sink I ordered was damaged when delivered but a quick phone to Laurie had a replacement winging it's way to us within a few days. No fuss, no problem. The delivery driver with the replacement waited until we'd unpacked the new sink and checked it before leaving. Great service.
