Excellent experience, had the part I needed despite it being an outdated item and I found it quickly on the website and delivery was fast

A little confusion between myself and sales team.
However, I still received the order some days later.
Saved me looking elsewhere.
Thanks.

Very happy with the service I received. I was grateful for the updates about delivery as well as the phone call to ensure that the delivery address was correct.

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time.
