I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. very good service. My order was dispatched speedily and delivered on time by a helpful courier. Product 1200 cotswold sliding shower door and frame is as described. Good quality at a good price especially with free delivery.
My only slight negative is that mytub do not stock a matching shower tray to fit the shower door so have had to look elsewhere and arrange a seperate delivery.

Initial customer service was excellent. However despite placing the order at 9am on a Thursday and getting a confirmed delivery date of the Friday the branch that held the part somehow managed to neglect to send it either on the Thursday or Friday. If I hadnt chased the delivery Im not sure whether it would ever have been sent at all! However Jeanette in customer service did everything she could to sort out the error and we eventually received the part on the Tuesday afternoon. I asked if there was anything that could be done on the postage and they refunded it in full. Overall great telephone service but massively let down by the branchs performance.

although a 7 days wait was advised at order time, the item did arrive on the day that was quoted on the order. Item well packaged, and did the job.
