I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. The ability to be able to check on your website about a specific item was really useful and I received a prompt reply. Delivery was quick although a bit expensive. Hi, In general the speed of order was very prompt, I ordered on Sunday and received the part on Tuesday.
Unfortunately the part did not fit, with the attachment being too large. This does make me wonder why you are advertising indesit parts, that do not fit

Extremely difficult product to get hold of so was delighted that you had been able to obtain for me.
Delivery did not happen on the 2 delivery dates advised but i suspect this was partly out of your hands since it was coming directly from supplier. You responded very promptly every time i contacted you and finally arranged special delivery because of the delay.
Overall very satisfied and would use you again.
Also great to see you publish all feedback good or bad.
