I received the part next day and the part works. It is an obselete part so I did, there can be no doubt whatsoever, pay an inflated price. I am glad, however. to have the part and there are only a few left in the country so we’ll done Mytub. It arrived in a manufacturer’s box, well packaged. I have the part an I-76 controller and my Uponor underfloor wet central heating system is working. I am grateful to mytub for having the part, and I must say the staff were extremely polite and kind and pushed through at speed the order. I did pay £12 to get it in the 1-2 day delivery facility and in fact it arrived the next day. Super chuffed. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I’m not easy to convince with these type of transactions. Faith buoyed up. Thank you, indeed, Mytub. JHJ

The product was good but it took a very long time to arrive. I think it was the best part of two weeks. I would have thought that this would have arrived in no more than twothree days.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Good price and delivered within three days as predicted on order. Many thanks indeed. I did really want a couple of the flexi couplings which are listed on the Grundfos literature as an option for this pump. Noone I spoke by phone or online really appeared to understand what I wanted so decided to source elsewhere when I could be more certain of what I would be getting.
