Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. MyTub have gone way beyond the extra mile in fulfilling my order after items went missing in the post. Even though the problem was not of their making, the customer service team have been second to none and they stayed fully focused on my order until all issues were resolved and for this they have my gratitude.
In general, I found MyTub very easy to deal with and the whole experience for me was positive as they provide an excellent level of service, quality components and very keen prices.
Ordering was very easy through the desktop website and although I did not have need to use the mobile version, I have no reason to think that there would be any issues.
