|My Tub experienced difficulties in sourcing one item on my order although it was advertised as being stocked on their website. However, I was kept informed at all times of progress in tracking it down and, where estimated times for fulfilment of the order were exceeded, an explanation and revised eta was always forthcoming unprompted. Excellent communications meant that this is a firm I would deal with again without hesitation

|My tub had a part which we had difficulties finding anywhere else.
Order process easy and my tub kept us updated on order and delivery progress.
|Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80.
|Great service from the human team, it was really knowledgeable, prompt and helpful….I wouldn’t, however have needed that help if the website had been more detailed and the search feature more user friendly. E.g. If 5-210 Straight Biava Multirail Brackets had:-
a Had a picture
b Explained how many were in the pack
c Described what colour they were
d Acted as the mother page for all their brackets
e The search function were more Google like – if you put Bavia, Bravia or similar into the search no suggestions are forthcoming.
Is there a process in place that improves the website to eliminate the need for each enquiry after the human team have dealt with it
|Fast reliable service. When an issue arose with a damaged bath delivered direct from their supplier this was impressively resolved and the bath was replaced the following day - brilliant!

|Our order was very slow to arrive, it took over three weeks. Although I was regularly updated on the progress of the order it was far to slow to arrive.
