Very happy with the Mira shower fittings plus extra shower head. Despite being the Easter Bank Holiday the delivery was very quick. The prices are very good. I found the team very helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone. I know where to come now in future. Thank you to all concerned.

After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. Great service & communication, the item was delivered Saturday as arranged. Only slight criticism was that it would have been nice to have known you were having a two week shutdown over Xmas when I made the order, there was no mention of it on the order page. Otherwise very happy.

I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. Well done Inverness!
