The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. Great service and prices, but would welcome the option of a fast delivery service e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, they will get any parcel most places in the UK, including Aberdeen before 12 noon the next day. The lack of this service meant I had to go to someone else for the electrodes I would otherwise have bought from yourselves.

My order was dealt with very speedilly and the goods arrived on time. Delivery man phoned to give time for delivery and arrived on the dot. Have not yet assembled the shower kit, but all seems to complete and in good condition.

I cannot fault the My Tub service and would recommend it to anyone. This is my second order and I was pleased with the way a slight hiccup was dealt with in regard to non-delivery at the confirmed date due to sickness at the delivery company. On querying the non-delivery through your portal, the issue was promptly pursued and a revised date given.
I feel perhaps the wording in the online catalogue could be a little clearer in regard to alternative andor compatible products e.g in regard to my last order Alcona toilet suite under AR1145, under notes you have AR1148 alternative with horizontal as opposed to bottom outlet , AR2342 compatible cistern, AR7815 compatible seat. That said, I did manage to order exactly what I wanted.

Thank you for sending my order and for the emails regarding its progress. The parcel was delivered to a trusted neighbours home. However the packing was so badly sealed that it had split open and all the contents were partly opened, the DIRTY bubble wrap was partly around the boxes and hanging out of the box and my neighbour - and apparently the delivery driver- were worried in case items were missing. Happily everything was undamaged and my order was complete. Im glad you stock items no-one else seems to care about. Thank you for that service.
