Ordered pebbles & matrix for gas fireplace on a Sunday evening. Everything arrived on Wednesday early afternoon. Totally transformed my fireplace. Well pleased with service & product. Have another fireplace to sort out will use mytub again.

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. The part I was after was very hard to find but MyTub had two of them in stock. Great response from sales team and the product was delivered ahead of the scheduled time.
