Website is clear and easy to follow, the different part number was clearly shown as the correct replacement for what I needed.
The part availability request was answered promptly the request for a suitable fitter took a little longer but was still OK.
Delivery time was reasonable, but it did arrive one day early good, but would have been annoying if Id made special arrangements for accepting the delivery.
My only criticism is of the confirmation emails. Some were sent in duplicate, which would have been confusing if Id had several different items on order. And one confirmation of despatch arrived after the part had been delivered and fitted!
|Fast service, delivered in 3 days well within the 7 to 10 day estimate but I have to say when I read that I was put off and nearly went to another company. Product exactly as ordered.
|I didnt realise the part was being delivered locally by a local supplier.
Grill is OK, however, a corner weld tack isnt very robust but itll do.
Please forward a photo, we do not sell "it will do" goods. It may need replacing.

|I ordered 2 Merrychef oven protectors. One of them arrived having leaked and dried chemicals on outside of the bottle. They were both filthy dirty too. However I contacted My Tub about the half empty bottle and, once back in stock, sent me a replacement with no argument. I wasnt impressed with the initial delivery and it had been dumped down quite quickly before it could be checked, however, I was pleased with the customer service response so will continue to use My Tub

|Wow, what amazing service! My order was scheduled to be delivered in 2 days. I called up and told Christine that it was really urgent. She said she would do what she could. It arrived in just over a day, which was incredible service.
