Thank you for the opportunity to comment on my order.
The people I have dealt with and the actual products are fine but the overall service I have received is the most chaotic of any internet order I have ever made!
To cut a long story short, a large number of e mails led to my order being delivered on 3rd September - or so I thought!
2 of the 3 items were actually delivered with no mention of the third.
After more e mails, delivery was arranged for pm today 7th September. Just to add insult to injury, The missing item was delivered at 11:20am and it was only by chance I arrived as the van was about to leave.
To sum up, my straightforward order took a stack of e mails, a lot of time arranging various people to wait in to receive it and eventually a bit of luck to complete it!

I am extremely statisfied with my purchase of matki shower cubicle , it was easy to seach for and order the the item required on the website, customer service was excellent, no problem in contacting,sending receving any meesage. Fifteen pounds postage for a piece of plastic the size of a cereal bowl... It did arrive next day though, and I couldnt find them available anywhere else.
