Fantastic service. Thanks so much.

Thank you for a quick and efficient service. It was especially pleasing to be able to source what must be a rarely ordered, obscure, component. It was also good to do so without the punitive pricing available elsewhere.

Ordered 20th September & money taken immediately. Problems with getting product so not delivered for 2 whole weeks. Good price & good updates given but why not charge when product ships

Motor recieved on Saturday - thanks. Very quick service especially as we are right in the middle of christmas post

Goods received OK, thanks. Slightly surprised that they were loose in an open-top box. E-mail updates received from you kept me informed, but would be more useful if your notes were in reverse chronological order - with the more recent comments at the top of the e-mail rather than at the bottom.

Dear Paul
Thanks for your input we are looking into the notes order on the emails.
As we use our own distribution system for deliveries there is no need for excessive packing as the items come from the shelf to the van then to your door, all treaded with great care.
Regards
Steve Marshall

Responded and contacted quickly. They sorted out a basin that was no longer produced but they still managed to locate one 4 miles down the road. Cant fault them. Great service. Thanks

I was happy with the ordering process and the items I received but thought that the P&P was very high for such a small lightweight item! (£5.99?)
