Thank you for the service that exceeded expectations, especially when your staff contacted me by telephone to advise that the part was obsolete, but then they went the extra mile to search and source the item from another suppliers old stock.
True customer service.
Thanks, I will be back.

I was very impressed with the help and quick call back from Steve. He managed to locate a discontinued Pactrol device to fix a heating system. A1 service and thank you.

review - product is excellent.
Service...product chosen was out of stock, we were emailed a replacement which was very nice as it saved us having to search for one. However got stiffed paying an extra £9 for quicker delivery which never happened...so not remotely impressed about that!
