We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. When I placed my order there was an initial blip with regard to delay in the delivery date However, this was very quickly resolved. The interest for the customers needs was noteworthy and reassuring.
Two members of the staff need special mention--- Deborah and Christine whose dedication to my requirements was exceptional. THEY ARE BOTH A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY and need recognition.
