A very easy transaction and a superb quick delivery, ordered on a Thursday and arrived at 08:30 on the Monday, the day when there had been a significant snowfall..............Well done, highly recommended Company

I had a problem trying to find a replacement element for my old towel warmer, and Steve went to great lengths to try and find a solution for me. Unfortunately he couldnt resolve the issue, but he was extremely helpful and understanding and I thank him for that.

This is our first time of purchasing from you. Many thanks for a trouble-free and easy-to-use ordering system.
The delivery progress was relayed to us accurately and helpfully.
The goods were keenly priced and I am encouraged to use you in the future.
Thoroughly satisfied, but let's hope the students don't break this hand basin!
