Excellent turnaround time - ordered Monday night, received Wednesday morning. Plenty of communication about delivery ETA. Delivered on time. And the product prices were far better than anywhere else I could find on the internet. Many thanks.

I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. This order turned out to be a long drawn out affair as I was after a discontinued basin. The first one turned up damaged, the second one was the wrong item, the third one was correct. MyTub kept me fully informed of the situation throughout the process and we got there in the end resulting in my customer being very happy.
