Sir/Madam,
I run a relatively small maintenance company where cost/profit ratio is king. I am also new to "my Tub." I placed my first order, today, over the internet, a lady called me back to ensure I was receiving best value for money for my requirements.
The lady suggested a change which I was very happy with, which means as a result I felt extremely valued and not just a number.
Now I will go to you guys first without question.
Thank my congratulations on running a very impressive company

Thank you for keeping me informed of the progress with my order and keeping me updated on the delays to shipping and on the revised delivery date.

Delivered on the day specified, the contact I received from you was second to none I was kept informed all the way through the order. The cheapest I have found anywhere for that toilet so I will be using you in the future. Thank you for an excellent service

Not very impressed. I ordered a white REGAL slim Line S374001 6L Side Supply, and you have sent me a black Conceala S6216.
Not much use to me, so I will be in contact with you tomorrow to get the order right.
