I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere. Prices very competitive, delivery took a while, I guess as you had to order the parts to send me. I ordered 3 and only got 1 but I didn't realise till two weeks after order arrived so didn't feel I should mention it.
