Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. These two ladies are a credit to your business and are the foundation open which successful businesses are built.

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. While Id consider buying off you again, I was disappointed that the order price quoted was not the final price charged due to what I considered rather high shipping costs.
It also took some time from placing the initial order to actually getting it. The part could probably have been sent by standard royal mail for a fraction of the cost and I would have received it just as quickly.
My only advice to improve your online business would be to investigate mail and shipping options in an effort to reduce costs to the purchaser. Just ringing a courier is never going to be the most cost effective method.
Your customer service was good and the ladies were very pleasant and responsive.

Very Good Price, But:
Ordered 2 Entice WC seats, after receiving a delivery time lead time update email at 0908 hrs confirming 2-3 days delivery.
After order placed @10.08 hrs same morning, delivery time then quoted as 12 days out. Not good
