After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. Ive placed two orders with my tub now. On both occasions my tub delivered exactly what was ordered, for one of the best or the best prices available, and to the delivery date. They also seemed to take onboard instructions such as "please dont deliver during school run times".
Dont really know what more you could ask.

I was tolda that the item was out of stock after ordering it. I would have to wait a month for it to arrive. However, when this issue was raised, I got excellent customer service and the order was cancelled and money returned.
