Goods received OK, thanks. Slightly surprised that they were loose in an open-top box. E-mail updates received from you kept me informed, but would be more useful if your notes were in reverse chronological order - with the more recent comments at the top of the e-mail rather than at the bottom.

Thanks for your input we are looking into the notes order on the emails.
As we use our own distribution system for deliveries there is no need for excessive packing as the items come from the shelf to the van then to your door, all treaded with great care.

This was very good service and price. I think my tub order the part when the money is received and so the time to delivery is longer than if the items were being kept in stock. However communication via the website was good.
Overall I am very happy.

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. I ordered connectors for taps from my Tub as they offered the best online price. My order took approximately a month to arrive presumably as the parts had to be ordered from Germany. They arrived safely. I was not in a rush so the time taken until delivery was not an issue. I was informed of the delayed delivery date. I would use my tub again.
