Hi, In general the speed of order was very prompt, I ordered on Sunday and received the part on Tuesday.
Unfortunately the part did not fit, with the attachment being too large. This does make me wonder why you are advertising indesit parts, that do not fit

Excellent customer relations. Kept up to date with regular e.mails re delivery which was appreciated.
The first delivery date offered, was, in my view far too long especially as the order was paid for up front.
However, the actual delivery date was quite acceptable.

When order was placed there was no communication from yourselves regarding that one of the items was out of stock and would take at least 4 weeks to get . I only found out from my local plumbers merchant who you tried to place the order with Once I had then emailed youselves a member of your staff think her name was Karen contacted me and once I explained the situation that I needed it the following week , went away and managed to source the item for me. Was very impressed with how the problem was dealt withand items were delivered when promised , but think the webpage product listings should be clearer on delivery times with these sort of items.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. Excellent customer service. I had to call as I needed to collect the item ordered urgently, I made 3 calls and spoke to 2 people. They could not have been more helpful, they located and contacted the nearest delivery site and emailed the details to me.
