Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. Ordered a Roca bath & legset using the website which was very easy to use. Received lots of email confirmation and delivery information which was excellent. Used the on-line chat to see if we could arrange an afternoon delivery which was immediatly responded too by Debs and delivery was arranged as requested all very promptly. Bath was delivered at 4pm the next day, which was spot on, by a very polite and courteous chap. Thank you My Tub - would definitely use you again and would defintely recommend to others. 5 Stars!

I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. The ability to be able to check on your website about a specific item was really useful and I received a prompt reply. Delivery was quick although a bit expensive.
