The bathroom basin arrived safely on the scheduled day, it was exactly as ordered and was fitted and in use the next day. The mytub website provided good information, the prices were highly competitive, and the service was excellent. The only improvement I could suggest would be a courier that gives an arrival time window, but it wasnt a problem for us.

Fantastic communication - so quick - couldnt speak more highly of the service I received. The item took a while to arrive but was not going to mainland UK so probably explains it and I wasnt in a hurry for it anyway. Kept me informed every step of the way. It was good experience working with My Tub. Customer service always kept me informed of possible date of availability of material and then was delivered too.
MyTub representative was quick to recommend new model as a replacement for an old one.
All in all, will continue to work with MyTub in future.
