I have been waiting 10 days for a part to be supplied. Good service, my order arrived on time. Following a query regarding a replacement item the staff member I spoke to was very helpful.

We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. The item was as described, well packed and easily fitted. I would recommend the company and would use again.

With my order you stated that some of the items were obsolete. You suggested an alternative form your vast stock. These items not only fitted but were also cheaper. I received them in your started time frame. Thank you.
