Although, the unit was unavailable at the time, and the delay was a number of weeks, once informed of the scheduled date, the date was stuck to, and I dealt with well informed staff, and keen to "find out" rather than "fob off" attitude, and they were happy to help. Thank you, I have now recieved the complete order, I was relieved that you did a price match after not confirming that your package was not originally complete, even after I specifically asked whether the condenser was included !
Both deliveries came before the delivery date causing my sick wife to get out of bed to let the delivery man dump the parcels just inside the door, she would not have been able to move them if there had been a fire.
