Very good service- the shipping cost went up because of the end supplier. The gentleman at Mytub was so apologetic and was more upset than me about the increase! He is an asset to your business. The shipping was also very good and arrived as forecast.

I was kept informed of progress throughout the order process, even when my order had not come in as expected you told me then a week later you told me my order was dispatched. Unfortunately, despite adding a note for the item to be left with a neighbour at the time of my order, and having received conformation of my note from MyTub, the item was still taken back to the depot from whence it came. To rub salt into the wound, Deborah, from MyTub, called me on the morning of delivery to ask what should be done with the item if no one was available to receive it. I wasnt able to take the call at the time and by the time I did return her call, the delivery had already been returned!
