Goods arrived promptly and in good condition. One item was out of stock at manufacturers but they kept me informed of progress.

The item arrived exactly as advised and the item is the correct replacement. However, the instructions for fitting the toilet seat are unclear so we are having to employ a plumber to make sure it is properly secured. That means we will have paid almost £200 to deal with this.
