When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. well pleased bath delivered as stated - nice people to phone & are actually very helpful maybe they can give some pointers to british gas or bt on a part time basis.the only downside was the delivery driver who looked thoroughly hacked off but there again he was a londoner.

I received my order on the 7th July, which was the date confirmed. so I was happy with this.
