It took a very long time to arrive weeks even though I am sure that I read that the product was in stock on purchase. This will probably stop me shopping with you again. This was not a complicated product, and hsould have been with me within three days of purchase.

Was kept fully informed about the progress of the order, and the re-delivery was organised very efficiently. Could not fault the service in any way. Congratulations.
