I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! The K1 Radiator panels arrived as per your advice. They fit OK and are exactly as described, being good value for money. The only criticism I have is that the packaging was dreadful. The corrugated cardboard they were packed in was completely missing at one end exposing the panels to possible scratching and damage. I pointed this out to your delivery man but he didnt seem too concerned. Luckily, on this occasion, the ends of the panels were not damaged, but it could happen next time.

The heating elements i ordered unfortunately took 10 days more than the 3 weeks delivery promised and that was at a critical time due to the cold weather period in the New Year. But I was pleased with the price and the assistance when I rang was helpful.

Yes I have now received my motorised valve but not without a hic up ! I appears that some where alone the process of sending me the valve my delivery address was manually transferred or maybe read from a post code. I gave you the address of Bucksburn Academy and the package was addressed Bucksburn Clinic. I was good fortune that you put my mobile phone number on the parcel and some kind health visitor called it!
Any how I am pleased with the valve and will not hesitate to use you again because your pricing is good and the delivery is quick potentially!.
