The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. It is appreacheated the time and expertise that your staff gave to my enquiry and are to be highly commended. Communication was excellent giving me updates however I was given two delivery dates that were not fullfilled and I had to ring up every time to ask for confirmation of delivery. I eventually received the goods on the 3rd proposed delivery date.

It took 10 days for the Order to be delivered from 20th Jan the date my account was debited. It is unlikely that I will use mytub agin as delivery service is far to slow.
