I only bought a replacement cistern lever for my Tiffany Suite but I was impressed with the level of service I got. Someone from the firm was quickly on the phone to let me know when the delivery would take place (following an abortive attempt to the wrong address by the carrier!) and the lever was exactly as specified.

good service, good price - the only problem being with the firm ( Wolsley? ) that delivered it; I stayed in all day awaiting delivery - only to find ( via Mytub) that they had broken it in loading and hadn't bothered to tell me or you; Mytub good; Wolsley bad.

After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. Although delivery took over a month, this was a part for a piece of equipment nearly 20 years old and myTub were one of the few places I found who could supply it, we were kept updated on the delivery schedule and your staff were very helpful when I chased the order. I would use myTub again.

A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves.
