Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. Despite an serious error on my first order with MyTub I was suitably relieved to have the matter professioinally and honestly resolved as it was apprantly due to a typing error on your webpages which has subsequently been rectified. Proactive response from MyTub team as I had incorrectly ordered the wrong colour to begin with - many thanks.
Final delivery notification only came through on the morning of the delivery but was the day that had been given as an estimate. An approximate time would have been useful extra information.
