I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. Dear Sirs,
I have had two orders with you, both now delivered. The first one was somewhat delayed and on the second one, over £25 and hence postage free, an attempt was made for me to pick the order up myself or pay extra for a carriage charge due to distribution. I queried this and it was withdrawn and some free tape included with the order. The people I dealt with via email were prompt and polite in their responses.

Good experience and very good personal service from Rachel re delivery date which was given as 12th and she has managed it for 8th, however many sites offer next day delivery and I would probably in future shop elsewhere as the wait is quite long and we need product now.
