Very pleased with order and processing. Customer services very helpful and answered calls and emails promptly. However, the courier service was appalling - not the fault of MyTub. They could not find my house and did not even call me to ask for directions. Consequently, package was returned to sender, causing a weeks delay before I eventually received it.

Found the product I was looking for easily on the MyTub site. Purchased without difficulty. Was continually kept up to date with my order status and delivery by email. Item arrived in a reasonable time and well packaged. A fantastic experience for my first time order and an excellent service. First time I have used mytub and not a good start.
Was informed Item would be delivered on 2nd Nov, item not received on 2nd or 3rd and after a phone call by me was delivered on the 4th

Sorry for the delay, we confirm the delivery with the branch the day or two before it is to be delivered to you. If the branch say it is to be delivered we have no knowledge of that action not taking place, till you inform us.
Sorry for any inconvenience, I can assure you whilst errors are impossible to eradicate 99% of deliveries take place without a hitch.
