Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. You might widen your delivery options. Small parcels like mine could be delivered at a price of less than £3, especially if there is no rush.
