I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. Hello Mr Adamson
I am sorry but you should have been informed of the charge just after your order came through so you could have made an informed desicion. We only deliver free to the main land and this charge would have been unavoideable. Sorry again for the way this took place I am investigating who this came about.
Regards
Steve Marshall

I have just made my first successful purchase thanks to the patience of Deborah and Sophie. Have read the previous comments and could not agree more, fantastic place to get really hard to get bits, and once you get used to it, it's better than going shopping in town.
