Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. Very efficient ordering system. Arrived within a couple of days.
In my original call the person on the end of the phone helped to locate which branch held the part I needed (you only had one) so I could add this to the comments on the order. I don't have her name but she was very helpful.
For security reasons,I don't usually like ordering on-line so would have preferred to order by phone.

You might widen your delivery options. Small parcels like mine could be delivered at a price of less than £3, especially if there is no rush.
