Very slow and your updates were a waste of time as they contained no tangable information.
We waited and waited and all we were told was an estimated delivery date andor that our order was overdue. This went on for weeks.
Not very good, doubt Id use you again.

I duly ordered this part and was so pleased with the service I received and took the trouble to comment on your excellent service at that time. Imagine all the hustle and bustle of the Christmas period, delays, etc. with transport generally - BUT - your firm came up trumps and delivered the spare part before Christmas - much sooner than expected, particularly when the delivery date was projected for January. I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. Found you guys on the web ordered the part with next day delivery and thank goodness we have cool beers and cold milk. I would like to say thank you to Jeanette who took my call, she was very helpful.
