Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. I was tolda that the item was out of stock after ordering it. I would have to wait a month for it to arrive. However, when this issue was raised, I got excellent customer service and the order was cancelled and money returned.
