Received my order earlier than expected - brilliant. First time to have used this
website and if need be will look around again. Waiting for my son to fit the part
but looks the right thing. Thanks Christine!:

Good service again. Got the items on time.
They were, however, slightly different from my last purchases plastic container rather than a material one. I was concerned that they would not fit the caldensate unit. Fortunately, it did fit and appears to be leak-free. Will keep an eye on it.

First class service but very surprised to receive the item in its normal factory box with no packaging to protect it

Following damage on the first delivery the replacement arrived very well packed but still with two bent pins at the end of the bulb!!! This obviously did not happen in transit. It seems that a consignment delivered to you must have been damaged. I advise checking before delivery. I have managed to sort out a bulb so that it is usable and it seems OK.
