|Ordered an item (3 way inlet valve) for my washing machine on 22/4/2011 and did not receive the item until 10/06/2011.Although Jeanette kept me informed and always emailed back, I received a faulty/broken item twice (packaging was not very good). Wasting money on the laundrette I finally arranged myself to collect the item from the local parts center. Meanwhile the washing machine motor had rusted and when fitted the item the washing machine was broken. In the end I bought a new washing machine and my advise is to go to your local parts center rather than going through this website. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

|Although my order was delayed, there was communication throughout. Customers do not get annoyed because a delivery has been delayed. Most people are reasonable enough to understand that things sometimes happen which are beyond the companys control. What customers find annoying is when the company cannot be bothered to keep them informed.
I was fully informed on progress practically on a daily basis and the item was actually delivered 6 days earlier than estimated. I am happy and particularly impressed with the level of customer service.
|good service, good price - the only problem being with the firm ( Wolsley? ) that delivered it; I stayed in all day awaiting delivery - only to find ( via Mytub) that they had broken it in loading and hadn't bothered to tell me or you; Mytub good; Wolsley bad.
